Don and I have just moved into our fabulous HBS home and we love it! I wanted to let you know how much  we appreciated the efforts of Dennis and Donna in making sure that this is truly out "forever" home. From the day we first walked into your offices in Blairs and talked to Dennis to having Donna on the job site carefully watching over the work being performed, American Showcase Modulars has made us feel like you care about making sure this home is everything we want it to be. No question was to big or too small -no concern too trivial.

I will not say that this home build went 100 % as planned-that would be impossible as events occur that are unexpected and unplanned. But, I will say that when things did not go as planned, you guys handled it quickly and effectively. I think that the thing that most impressed me was the responsiveness to our issues/questions and your flexibility. If I called, E-mailed or texted, I knew I could count on a response quickly and that my question or issue would be handled. What a great relief that was for a worrisome homeowner. Since the build was completed you haven't forgotten us. The follow-up has been great. You allowed us time to get settled-and seemed to intuitively know that we needed that-and then called to say you were scheduling some outstanding punch list items.

In short, the customer service has been superb and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Thank you for making our dreams come true.
